However, legally, we can not guarantee 100% job acceptance rate or dream job offers. We are here to provide direction and equip you with resources, but no results are guaranteed without your coordination and hard work. It’s a collaborative process and requires your input.
  2. We have a strict policy against falsification and fabrication. We clearly communicate that our writers will not lie on your resume. Thereof, no such requests will be entertained.
  3. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you request any edits or revisions after you have received your files, we will make them for you free of charge. However, if you want drastic content changes than initially discussed, for example additional information or a second resume version tailored for a different industry, we will charge separately for it.
  4. All payments are final. If the work does not meet your expectations, our writers continue to work with you until you are fully satisfied. If it still doesn’t meet your standards and your argument is realistic, then we can offer you a partial refund. Please note that while we handle each situation on a case-by-case basis, a full refund is never an option if the information gathering call has been conducted and the files have been delivered.
  5. We understand that the nature of our work requires you to share personal career information.We reassure you of our commitment to client confidentiality. All the documents you share with the writers will not be shared with any third parties.
